Self-Care for Parents and Caregivers of Individuals with Down Syndrome
Caring for a family member with Down syndrome is a rewarding but demanding journey. This workshop is designed to provide parents and caregivers with practical self-care strategies to support their well-being.

Join us to explore techniques for managing stress, building resilience, and finding balance in your daily life. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, you'll learn how to prioritize your needs, cultivate a supportive network, and enhance your overall well-being.
